Data deletion

You can delete your data from DA Connect at any time.

Delete contacts or messages

In the app, open Contacts, select contacts and choose Delete. Their messages are deleted with them.

Disconnect WhatsApp

Open Settings → WhatsApp numbers and choose Disconnect. This deletes the stored Meta access token. You can also remove DA Connect from your Meta Business portfolio under Business settings → Integrations / Partners.

Delete the whole account

The workspace owner can send a request from the account's email address to contact@digitalarts.biz with the subject "Delete my DA Connect account", or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99332 11177. We confirm and delete the workspace and all its data within 30 days.

If you logged in with Facebook

Facebook login is used only to connect a WhatsApp Business Account. Removing the DA Connect app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Business integrations) stops our access; then ask us as above to delete stored data.
