Refund policy

If you are not happy with a paid DA Connect plan, ask for a refund within 7 days of payment and we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Write to contact@digitalarts.biz or WhatsApp +91 99332 11177 with your account email. Refunds are processed through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5–7 working days.

Message charges are billed by Meta, not by us, so we cannot refund them. Contact Meta through WhatsApp Manager for those.
