Terms of service

By creating a DA Connect account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

1. The service

DA Connect is software for the WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account. Meta provides WhatsApp and charges you directly for messages according to its published rates; those charges are not part of your DA Connect plan.

2. Your responsibilities

• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms.
• Only message people who have given you permission (opt-in), honour opt-out requests, and don't send spam, illegal content or content for restricted goods.
• Keep your login safe and make sure your team members follow these terms.
• Comply with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for the contacts you upload.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans are prepaid for 30 days or 365 days and prices include 18% GST. Plans don't renew automatically; we remind you before expiry. If a plan ends, your data stays and Free plan limits apply. See Refunds.

4. Availability

We work to keep DA Connect available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp itself, Meta's API and limits (such as daily messaging limits and template approval) are outside our control.

5. Suspension

We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or Meta's policies, or that put the service at risk.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for Meta's charges, blocked numbers or lost business.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Port Blair have jurisdiction.
